《The Lost Cat》
Once upon a time, in a small town, there lived a little boy named Tom. Tom had a cat named Whiskers. Whiskers was a fluffy, gray cat with big green eyes.
One sunny afternoon, Tom was playing in the park with his friends. He suddenly noticed that Whiskers was nowhere to be seen. Tom’s heart sank. He started looking everywhere for his cat.
Tom asked his friends if they had seen Whiskers. They shook their heads. Tom then went to the park office and asked the park ranger if he had seen a lost cat. The park ranger looked around and said, “I didn’t see any cat, but I’ll help you look for Whiskers.”
The park ranger and Tom searched the park together. They looked under the benches, in the bushes, and even in the sandbox. But they couldn’t find Whiskers anywhere.
As they were walking back to the park office, they heard a meow. Tom’s heart leaped with hope. He followed the sound and found Whiskers sitting on a tree branch, looking down at them.
Whiskers had climbed up the tree to get a better view of the park. But he couldn’t get down. Tom and the park ranger helped Whiskers climb down safely.
Tom was so happy to have his cat back. He promised Whiskers that he would always take care of him. From that day on, Tom made sure to keep a closer eye on his furry friend.
And so, Whiskers and Tom lived happily ever after, exploring the park together and making new friends along the way.
