Once upon a time, in a small village, there was a little girl named Lily. Lily loved animals and spent every day playing with them in the forest near her home.
One sunny morning, Lily found a tiny turtle stuck in a mud hole. The turtle was trying to climb out but couldn’t seem to make it. Lily quickly ran home to get a bucket of water.
“Help me, please!” she called out to her friends, Tom and Alice, who were playing nearby.
Tom and Alice came running with Lily, and together, they gently poured water into the mud hole. The turtle wiggled and wriggled until finally, it was free and swimming in the clear water.
The turtle was very grateful and swam around in circles, as if doing a little dance of joy. Lily, Tom, and Alice smiled at each other, knowing they had made a new friend.
The turtle swam towards Lily and touched her hand with its little flipper. Lily felt a warm, tingly feeling in her heart. She knew that day, she had learned a very important lesson: even the smallest act of kindness can make a big difference in someone’s life.
And so, Lily continued her adventures in the forest, always ready to help any animal in need. And the turtle, now free to explore the world, would never forget the three little friends who had saved its life.
The end.
